Digital Products 

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, 

digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered 

or accessed. 

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. 

If you experience a problem with your download, receive an incorrect file, please 

contact Monica Orosco Studio so I can help resolve the issue.

 

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please

contact me and Í will review the order.

 

Any refunds required by applicable law will be honored.
